Mr. UNG Bunsay

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. UNG Bunsay is the Chief Financial Officer of CPTL. With his extensive experience in financial services and management, Mr. Bunsay had been appointed for significant decision-making positions including Cost Controller, Finance Advisor, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and Chief Finance Officer before entering his current position. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Build Bright University in addition to his Master’s Degree he also earned ACCA qualification from CamEd business school. Besides, he possesses numerous financial related professional trainings both local and international.

Mr. TOUCH Sophea

Chief Technical Officer

Mr. TOUCH Sophea joined CPTL in 2008 and currently served as Chief Technical Officer. With a broad range of experiences in operations, Mr. TOUCH Sophea is an outstanding performer in developing Operations strategies in order to make CPTL operations become a leading regional company which provide outstanding service for project partners. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Energy Engineer from Institute of Technology of Cambodia. In addition, he has participated in many operations-related high-level meetings/negotiations with various significant international partners.

Ms. PANHA Dineth

Head of Finance & Accounting

Ms. PANHA Dineth joined CPTL in 2010 as one of the very first group of employees. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree at Vanda Institute of Accounting and Auditing in 2010, adding a specialization in Accounting. She has continued to enhance her knowledge through participating in accounting related training programs as CAT at CamEd Business School. She gained solid working experience in Financial management for several years with an outstanding performance and specifically manage on extending new projects’ financial well.

Mr. SOK Bunsong

Head of Operations

Mr. SOK Bunsong is a specialist in operations sector with over 14 years of experience in electrical power. He has expertise in daily technical operations and maintenance. He has extensively involved in controlling daily operations including: managing team leader operating and ensuring all substations to be smoothly operation and coordinate from operating with HQ, EAC, EDC, NCC, leading yearly in preventive maintenance, survey for new project, and monitor and control projects. Throughout his leadership in Operations and Maintenance, he has demonstrated the professional expertise to deal with diversified operation project. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer from Institute of Technology of Cambodia.

Mr. VEN Sokun

Head of Human Resources

Mr. VEN Sokun joined CPTL as Head of Human Resources in August 2019. He has 10 years’ experience working in different sectors, including construction, microfinance and media advertising and trading, a ten-years track record of human resource management, organization development, human resources planning and leadership development. Mr. Sokun holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources Management from Chea Sim Kamchay University.

Mr. KHIEV Sokeada

Head of Information Technology

Mr. KHIEV Sokeada was appointed to be Head of IT in April 2019 after working for four years at CPTL in the Information and Communication Technology field. He has extensive experience in IT Network Infrastructure and lead the IT Development Projects. Prior to joining CPTL, Mr. Sokeada has worked in numerous well-known organizations including UNDP Cambodia, Sihanouk Hospital Center of Hope and NETPRO Cambodia. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at AEU University in 2013 and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology at University of Puthisastra in 2016.

Mrs. LEKH Kagnchanarysa

Head of Administration

Mrs. LEKH Kagnchanarysa has joint CPTL in 2017 as BoD Secretary of Executive Department, and she has expressed herself into Administration Department in March 2019 as a Head of Administration and she is in charge of executing and monitoring general administrative and providing the general secretarial support to CPTL’s BOD and management team. Mrs. Rysa holds a Master of International Development Cooperation from Yeungnam University, South Korea, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Korea Maritime and Ocean University, South Korea.

Mrs. HORL Sreypov

Planning & Project Development Manager

Mrs. HORL Sreypov is a highly experienced person in Operations and Maintenance Department. She has worked at various companies and held responsibility for significant technical projects. Ms. Sreypov also has qualifications in Electronic. She was appointed as Deputy Head of Operations and Maintenance in 2019, after starting her career at CPTL in October 2014. She oversaw CPTL’s business operations including planning operations budget and daily operations administration management. Ms. Sreypov graduated from the Preah Kossomak Polytechnic in 2018; and has also participated in numerous practical training programs conducted both locally and internationally.

Mr. KRAY Thara

Maintenance Manager

Mr. KRAY Thara a well-rounded manager which excel in both technical and management. Within his more than 29 years experiences in government in the same industry enable him to possess the key role in leading the maintenance operation at site to fully meet up with client’s expectation while achieving high standard in site safety and workers’ welfare. Before joining us, Mr. Thara was Deputy head of distribution section at EDC Battambang. Mr. Thara graduated from Cambodian-Soviet Friendship Superior Technology Institute in 1990 in field of Electrical Engineering.

(Cambodia) Power Transmission Lines Co., Ltd (CPTL) is a single-purpose company set up to develop a transmission network in North-western and other areas in Cambodia. CPTL also become a challenge company to be trader for building and developing other new transmission lines and substation.
